Trini take on pickles. Spicy though! We use our aged vinegar, which gives a probiotic effect. We add Cauliflower, Red Onions, Daikon Winter Radish, Zucchini, Ginger, Carrots. Eat with Ham, Pastelles, Turkey, Fried Fish, Cheese sandwiches, Lamb, etc or use your imagination!
